Default Plugs for L92 heads

Just getting my L92 nitrous motor installed I have a questions about plugs for these heads.

Do I need a taper seat plug or a gasket seal plug. Plan to use either a B8EFS Taper seal or a 5671A-9 gasket seat plug. Which is recommended?

Thanks in advance for your input.

There is an NGK B9EFS that is tapered seat. Anything colder and you will need to go to the 5671A-X. Let me know if you have any other questions.
