Default EdelBrock 71905 Window Switch Question

So I finally finished up my Nitrous wiring, and have a question. I went through the set up of the switch to select my on and off points ( 3500 - 5500 ) and selected 1 Cylinder mode per the instructions for coil on plug style motors. The screen is reading 3.5 at idle, it goes up and down as I move the throttle body, but the cars clearly not idling at 350RPM's.... I taped the white wire coming off the window switch into Pin 10 off the PCM per the instructions as well. Any ideas?

Just tried the other options and it seems to be working fine on the 4 cylinder mode, really weird.

That is very common with many window switches. With the old style module window switches like the MSD you had to cut the loop wire for 4 cylinder mode.
