Ive ran 200 hits all day without a fuel cell, i would probably recommend using one for hits over 200... and I run mine on Low PSI (10 psi) !

Honestly a dedicated fuel system can be used anywhere from a 50hp shot to 500hp shot. The biggest benefit is the ability to run straight race gas instead of having to mix it.

I planned on 150-175 through your guy's 3bolt LS plate kit. I also planned on running 91 with no ethanol. Would that be enough or would I have to mix in race gas

People have sprayed on those hp levels with 91 octane but it would be better to do a little mix of race gas to regular gas. Just make sure to monitor AFR and that you are going to a reputable tuner and you should be ok. For the plugs I'd go with NGK stock# 3346 [ BR7EF ] and gap them around 33.
