Default Dual stage vs progressive

What are the limitations of each? Is one better for a big shot vs a smaller shot?

I am mostly concerned with guys trying to keep 10 bolts alive on autos with under 200 shots. So if traction isn't the only motivation does that change things?

My personal preference is a single stage w/ progressive setup. I feel that you have more control over the system that way. Also when changing the progressive ramp you don't have to adjust the tune as you would when running 2 complete stages.

I like the 2 stage, but I use it right out of the hole, and then if needed to play catchup I use the 2nd stage. I usually use 150 first and then 100 second stage. I like the control better when I have to hit it and then possible let up and then rehit it again.

Bow tie do you have both on a push button or do you have controller hooked to both stages?

my setup is a little different then most, I use a hand held push button for the 1st stage and a foot switch for the second. My car is setup for a sleeper look.
