Default 2 step colder than TR6

I'm going to try my 200shot.and want to replace the tr6's.So anyone please let me know watts the correct number on 2 steps colder.Thanks

I bought the R5724-8 (commonly referred to as "dash 8's"), for when I go to 200+ shot. I was told to gap them down to .030. I was also told they will rob 15-20 rwhp while on motor only and wear out soon. Nothing is free!!! I haven't put them in yet, got TR6's in now....doing nitrous install as I type.

The plug to use is the "stk # 4554" NGK plug---(-8)
