Will I need a Nitrous tune to spray 175 shot?
I'm thinking on spraying a 150 to 175 shot on my Trans am
Currently tuned, heads, cam Na car
Engine has 2000 Miles on the build all new, Bottom end
I was going to run a plate kit, Lnc2000, and a progressive controller.
Just wanted to know If I could just use the lnc2000 to pull timing and still use my all motor tune?

The LNC-2000 is a great way to pull timing and will usually eliminate the need for another tune. As Phoenix said, start smaller- maybe 100HP. Generally, you'd pull 2* for every 50HP, but that's not true on all applications. Do you know what your timing is at right now with the tune that you have?

The LNC will integrate to the nitrous wiring allowing you stay with your current N/A tune and when you arm the nitrous system the LNC unit will pull timing. Using the LNC is the best way to have to best of both worlds.... MAX timing - power n/a and then have the ability to pull timing when the nitrous is armed.

That's an amazing controller, but to pull timing it will still need a LNC-2000. One of the great things about having the 2 work together is that the NCC-002 can log the timing retard, and it can also ramp the timing retard at the same rate as your nitrous.

Yes. Even though the NCC002 is probably one of the most fully-featured controllers on the market it still doesn't pull the timing. I believe it's best that way, since you can put the NCC in literally any nitrous car and not something that's just LS powered. Lingenfelter did make it to where the NCC and LNC play together very nicely, and you'll get some added benefits of running the 2 together (you can log the timing retard, because you can't log the LNC retard in HPTuners or similar, and you can ramp the timing with the ramp of your nitrous, getting you the most power at every level throughout the ramp).

With all that said, I have an NA car, 550rwhp, and launch on my LNC-003. Can I keep that if I go nitrous or will it be replaced with the LNC-2000?
I use the car for racing and burnouts, so I would rather keep the 003 unit for peace of mind on the burnout pad.
