Default Nos 16080 fuel noid overheating?

It works fine if the engine it's cold and i let it warm up to temps, do 1 or 2 nitrous hits and afr's its where I want it (high 11's ) then if i keep racing it starts running lean (low 13's) out of the blue... Same thing happens the next day or if I let the engine sit for long hours and I repeat the cold to warmup process...Could it be fuel pump or fuel noid overheating?

common sense if the fuel noid is overheating the nitrous one would likely be also. I would look at fuel pump or the tune

I'm thinking more it's a noid issue, when I turn off the nitrous switch, car runs in the targeted afr

Main question before I buy another fuel noid, are those symptoms of a failing soon to go bad fuel solenoid? ? Flow decent the first 2 hits and then stops or sticks shut??

Could be a wiring issue. The only reason a solenoid would get really hot is if power is constantly applied to it.

it makes sense, Also after it starts to act up and runs lean I shut the bottle off, do some quick stabs at the trothle to see if the afr's go rich and no dice.. but why it worked before and not now it baffles me... changed the arming switch, even added a relay after the microswitch to power the noids and nothing... if I go home now and let her run to operating temps it will work fine again for two hits then back to running lean... I changed the microswitch too, dunno if the cheap $10-12 ones are the culprit. ..
