Default Holley Red work for dedicated fuel system?

My roommate just acquired one of these new through a trade for parts and doesn't really need it. Just wondering if it would work instead of the Holley Black I see talked about most of the time. This would be for a 200 shot at most(give or take some)

Are you running NX or NOS? What PSI, actually would help out more. IMO I wouldn't settle for anything less then a black pump if you had a choice.
