Using a low fuel pressure pump for n20?
I'm gonna use a holly blue pump and seperate fuel cell for my nitrous kit. My question is has anyone done this? Using a low pressure system for there ls1? I mean what jet would I use on the fuel side and is there a way to figure it out. there won't be alot of pressure but the volume will be huge cause nothing else will use it. Do i want to run a regulator or not so it can be more free flowing for fuel and let the fuel pill take care of the work? please tell me what you think. Thanks.

It's been done before. I was toying with the idea of running that setup, but I soon learned it was overkill unless I was planning to run race gas on a direct port setup.
Call the manufacturer for the jettings.. Jettings are based on fuel pressure, so the nitrous side will stay the same as it is now.
What is your reasoning behind doing this? Other than "it looks cool."

If you are going to run a seperate fuel pump/sys for the nitrous only...
It has to be a returning system. Do not run a pump with a line going only to the fuel solenoid. This set-up works fine for carbs but not nitrous system. Reason being, that you can trap a large air pocket in the line and when you spray you will get nitrous and air, instead of nitrous and fuel. Very bad combo.
You have to run a regulator (set lower than the maximum pressure of the pump) and another return line or tap into the existing return line after the stock regulator.

What I have on my car, as along with other is.
1 gallon fuel cell
Filter
Pump
Regulator
Solenoid
I do not run a return on mine, some people do. Ive heard one of the setups can allow air bubbles in it.
