Default Stock bottom end

I am going to put in a nice big wet shot of nitrous, mod in sig. I will have either a 12 bolt or 9" and a driveshaft before i get the nitrous, but, will my bottom end hold up, or will i need forged pistons and connecting rods, what about the crank?

I was thinking of 150 shot, maybe 200. Thanks

I have the original 2.73's in and 54K miles been spraying since 12K. But it is an auto. M6's tend not to last as long. Crank is good. Pistons and rods "should be" good for a 150+ shot. It is all in the tuning. 200... I would'nt but, know folks that have. Better think about a fuel pump too.

I already got 30lb injectors in there, i will upgrade the fuel pump if i do anything over a 100.

I am leaning toward doing something around 150. . .But i still have awhile to decide.

I been spraying 150 to my stock bottom end for quite some time now. I have went through probably 20 bottles if not mroe. Everything is fine. If you get it tuned right (enough timing pulled out) 150 should be fine.

See my signature for times and my sight for mod's. Tuning is a must.

Stock bottom end - well tuned - still a work in progress: 1.42 60'; 10.56 at 125mph
