Default $1200 kit+$600 maximizer+$200 accumulator+$1000 extras=0 horsepower priceless!

I have searched through most of the trouble with the NXL kits and I didn't see any fixs for my problem other than trading in the kit for the lsx dp kits. I can hear the fuel solenoids kicking on, but I don't get any fuel out of it. I can't believe they would release a kit like this that doesn't work. Its not like I run any additives in my gas either, just sunoco 94. I wish I would have listened to nitro dave and just baught the MAF kit or gone real direct port. This is the craziest thing I have ever heard of how so many people are about blowing their cars up from this faulty kit. If anyone has any suggestions I would love to give it a try. Thanks Brian

My o2s were around 40 or 50 for about 7 seconds somehow without any knock. No not 400 or 500 I really mean 40 to 50mv. I can't believe they would release a kit like this that doesn't work. Think about it. If your getting no fuel OUT of the fuel solenoid, and you hear the solenoid, then make sure you have fuel getting IN the solenoid. If not, then you have a fuel delivery problem.

Might be a dumb question but did you take the schrader core out of the fuel rail when you connected the fuel line up?

Ive seen on here where Sunoco gas has swelled the fuel plunger shut. Take the noid apart and check the plunger. It will still click, but the plunger is still sealed.

What gas is best to use then? I've always ran sunoco in my car.

Ive had Citgo swell mine and have read about Sunoco. I used Amoco all the time when I sprayed and never had a problem.

the service port on the end of the fuel rail (where most people attach the fuel solenoid) has a schrader valve in it and if you don't take it out you are not going to get any fuel out of the rail.

The whole point of the NXL kit is that it replaces the stock fuel rails and the solenoid is built into the new fuel rail. If the engine runs then there is fuel on the solenoid.

Remove the solenoid and see if fuel is present. If so, then you have a faulty solenoid.

I'm sending it back to nx to have them flow test it. Thanks for the suggestions. By the sounds of it I think it is the sunoco gas swelling the piston. Thanks Brian

I have only heard of the pluger getting swollen with TNT kits. They use an old style plunger and is made out of different material then all the other solinoid manufactures. TNT is aware of the problem and has new plungers for it. I use sunoco 104,112, and 116 for different amounts of nitrous. I have not had one issue yet. I don't think that is the problem. You have to make sure when you take the fuel line of the nozzle to recycle the key off to on again. This will cycle the pump back on. I had one trick me one time because I didn't do that. It was on a NXL kit also. We have a cutomer that has had some issues also with the NXL kit. We also have one that we sent back to NX and they flowed it and did there stuff to it. They sent it back and we put 38 nitrous and 18 fuel pills in it and it made a gain of 255rwhp with an afr of 12.0:1 (to lean). There wasn't a very little lean spike but not very noticable. The car made 640 to the wheels and ran a 6.3 with alittle added fuel pressure for safety reasons.
We also have a cutomer that has the maximizer, NXL kit, Accumulator, and every other thing imaginable from NX. with the same jets in his he made a gain of 138 to the wheels. It had a pretty nasty lean spike also. NX said they are working on a fix as week speak and will no something next week.
