10.41 @ 130 with 125 shot NX MAF kit
Well its getting there, ran a 125 shot (57/31) last night, went 10.41 @ 129.24 with a 1.465 60' so I was pretty happy.
I tried going up to a 150 (62/33) shot but the car didnt pick up any - did run 130.3 once though but the car ran 129.95 on the 125. It was pretty rich but nothing really changed between the 150 and 125 shot, best pass of the day was when I switched back to the 125 so it looks like thats about all I can get out of one side of the MAF. If I get bored I'll try another pair of solenoids and a -6 feedline.
I am very happy with the MAF kit though, I made 6 nitous passes yesterday and they were all within .05 (10.41-10.46) and 1mph so you cant beat that Picked up 12mph over n/a so its working..
Still happy for the way the car is running with a 224 112 cam and PP heads.

Man thats sweet. I can`t get any traction right now with mine. I just put relocation brackets on and poly trans mount. Car seems to hook really good now on the street, no wheel hop. Can`t wait to get to the track. Let me ask you this, We put just 100 wet shot on mine because of stock bottom, I would like to go with 150 shot. Do you think my stock bottom would handle it? See my Sig with what I have. We pulled timing and I run alittle rich right now. Thanks, and nice times!!

Nice times I wonder why the 150 didn't pick up any time??? Did the 150 blow the tires off ? Do you have your time slip for 60', 300' 1/8, etc, ??
If you are still stock bottom end, I understand the "record" is 9.85 by a twin-turbo.
Stock suspension and a 1.46 60' that would be great.
Congrats

Car 60 footed the same, ran pretty much exactly the same with the 125 or 150. I have a wideband in the car and it got richer on the 150 so I assume something just isnt flowing enough nitrous - bottle pressure was ~1000psi every pass so who knows..
Best 1/8 mile was 6.61 @ 104.4.
Its the stock shortblock that came in the car, 19,000 miles on it.
I havent weighed the car recently but I would guess ~3420 with me in it right now (I'm 235lbs). It ran 11.45 @ 118.4 n/a last night, DA was 1300'
Wont be finding out for a while why the 150 didnt do better anyways , put the muffler back on and its banging pretty good plus smoking out of the oil filler. I'm pretty sure a piston broke, I kind of expected it - its had a hard life. First a 420rwhp heads/cam + M6 leaving at 6500+ and shifting at 6800 for over 200 passes, then back to stock heads/cam/TH350 + a procharger and a 50 shot for a 125 passes or so, now back to heads/cam/nitrous with another 75 passes or so not to mention beating the crap out of it constantly everytime I drive it on the street - I guess it paid its dues

Sorry about the bad luck with the car. I am sure it will get even quicker in the future. I have to say, The car was truely amazing last night at the track. For what is done to it, It really shines!

Wish that cam ran that good in my car.. You've already beat my expectations, I was thinking 10.80s.. 10.90s.. you've demolished that Sorry to hear about the motor, but now you can put some forged pistons and rods in it and try your hand at a 200+ shot. Assuming the person who wears the pants in the family doesn't cut your spending budget. Hell, with life expectancies like that, who needs forged motors anyways.
Good Job,
Josh

Thanks Tony, your car was haulin last night also..
Not sure what I am going to do next, If the block is OK I'll probably just do forged pistons and decent rods and spray 250 on it I was real happy with the way the car ran on a 125 but nitrous is funny stuff, I did cut a 1.435 60' one time with the 150 shot but the car didnt go into second (cockpit failure) so I aborted the run when it slammed the limiter, didnt notice that 60' until I looked through the slips this evening - thats where the pic in the sig came from so it may have ran a little better on the 150. Be a few weeks until I get it back together to see.
Thanks Josh, thats still your old cam plugging away, it runs pretty well on the nitrous. I was always a little paranoid about kicking a rod out, still has the stock rod bolts, timing chain and pushrods in it so something was bound to let go sooner or later. I drove the car for a while today and except for a pretty bad knock it still runs fine, looks like number 4, compression is way down on that cylinder..
