ZEX Direct Port issue after going up in jets. Any clue?
04 A4 GTO - Fast LSX Manifold - Zex Direct Port - Timing Tuner - Stock Tune (efilive on the way - damn customs!)
Everything was running well last week at the track with the 75 shot pills.
Switched to the 125 pill's for a couple of dyno pulls and things went crazy. Got to the shop, filled the bottle, warmed it up, runnining 950psi.
Run 1 - NA - 307 HP - A/F - 11.8 w/tail pipe sniffer
Run 2 - Gas - 307 HP - A/F - 10.6!! WTF??
Run 3 - NA - 304 HP - A/F - 11.7
Checked the connections etc....everything chcked out ok. Turned botle off, purged system, activated the system, and both the fuel and nitrous solenoids were working fine.
The shop was closing, so we did a pull on the street on the way home and pulled over imediately. lines, blocks, and nozzles were all cold to the touch.
All i can think of is the fuel jeting is to rich. I doubled checked the jets and they are correct according to the zex documentation.
Any sugestions?

Even at 10.6 A/F I would think the car would still make more power than N/A. Afterall Alot of people myself included run 11.0 A/F on the dyno because there is no load compared to the street, so once the car gets some load on it the A/F will lean up a little.
How did the graphs overlay between nitrous and N/A? under the curve power did the curves look the same?
