Default switches

hey guys,

can you show me some pics of how you have your switches set up? I'd like to keep it very clean, so probably hidden. I was thinkin the ashtray but i don't know if i'd have enough room for everything

system arm - toggle switch
purge - push button
bottle opener - toggle
heater on/off - toggle

and i don't want to spray in first, so my plan was to turn it on while in second, so the arm switch would have to be easy to reach down and slap it between gear changes (M6). so having all 4 in a row, i'd be afraid to hit the wrong one

any idears?

I've seen those, but I'm just afraid that everything is too close together and it'll be hard to hit it quick between shifts

I've got a new unused JJ sw panel for your car. You can have it for a song and dance.

Guess its not so easy to hide but the DynoTune Switch Gauge is awesome.

Might take pics later, but I put a switch in the center console, in the spot where the "camaro" tag goes next to the ASR/Foglight switches are. Removed the camaro tag, and slide the switch in. I was planning on using an additional foglight switch for arming, tag switch for heater and then use an additional ASR for the purge. Anyway, theres lots of possibilities.

If you have an existing window sw, You can use a wot micro sw as a First gear lock-out, It's a 3-spade type (used as open or closed). I tapped to the aluminum shifter base. (mine is for my second stage) If you want sw panel send a PM.

Here:
http://community.webshots.com/user/meanws6

Last year I had mine under the center console, you will have to dig through the folder titled "MeanWS6"

This year now that I have TH400 and the old A4 gear indicators looked like ***, I had a local guy custom make a switch plate to replace the old gear indicators - LOOKS BAD ***. Plus he rewired my entire car.
Go to the folder titled "2005 setup"

I've got the Dynotune switch center and love it. Mine is mounted on an A-Pillar gauge pod...Not exactly stealthy..
