What is everybody running for timing at WOT with 100 or 150 Shot?

Normally 100= 29* and 150= 26* but thats trial and error of logging and pulling plugs etc. Every car is different in these aspects. Mine has always handled extra timing without a problem, but my buddy blew his block on the same timing I had ran without issues.
