Look down the posts over the last few days as this was covered twice. If you can't find it we'll go over it again.

The LT1 kit part number is 05176. Im not sure what the difference would be except for the shot size. I believe the LS1 05177 is up to 100 shot with the LT1 05176 up to 150. I'm looking to buy an LS1 kit, if your interested in selling it please let me know!!!

Anthony, you cannot use the LS1 kit on an LT1!! The LS1 kit is set up to spray through the MAF sensor and the LT1 has to be set up to spray after the sensor. Has something to do with fuel enrichment. Nitro Dave is the man to ask from what I hear.

The 5177 I believe was put together using the parts from the LT1 kit, and here are a couple recent links.

Yes, after the maf, however, you need to spike your fuel press tricking the injectors into becoming larger and thus your added fuel. It's in the links.

Ill make it easy on you. Here are the differences.
The LS1 kits is desighned to spray before the mass air meter. The mass air meter tells the computer to add fuel.

On a LT1. The kit comes with a fuel management unit. This unit is desighnd to spike the fuel pressure at the regulater adding the extrafuel that way.You will spray after the Mass Air Unit.

You will need to send the kit you have back and get one for a LT1.

Ok i see what you are saying, but i bought this kit from a guy on this board. So i cant send it back and get a kit for the Lt1. Can i not just spray after the maf and call it a day? or do i need to order another part? im going to have a nitrous shop install it anyways.

It can be adapted, but how much effort do you want to spend? You need a regulator and a fuel pump and misc fittings and hoses. You'll also need an install manual, it's a little more complex than the 5177 kit. You might do like Dave said and sell it, and get the correct one if you don't want to mess with it. The lt1 kit also uses a diferent nozzle (single). A manual and part numbers would help.

Call their tech line and/or get a Manual. On ebay in n2o section they sell a bock "How to Install Nitrous Oxide" and it has a shematic of the parts and install directions for the lt1 dry kit and others and mucho info on n2o in general.

Chiro V was sent to your post at my suggestion. I don't think he was trolling for victims. Check out the other thread he was sent from. My opinion is he's ok.

I posted a thread about converting the LT1 kit I just bought used by mistake to an LS1 kit and Robert56 suggested that it might be easier to trade with you. I would assume that if we did the trade, it would be for the individual parts that would make our kits complete, not the entire kits.

No big deal though, according to Robert56, I've actually got too many parts in my kit and would only have to add a few. I'll just sell my extra parts on the board or Ebay, then you don't have to worry.
