Dude, chill, this is so simple I dont know if you should even hook up a whole kit...
On the opener there should be 2 wires, one ground, one power.
Set the ground wire to a good ground, make sure to scrape any paint.
On the JJ tray plate run the power wire from the opener up to one of your rocker switches
run a 12v fused source to the other end of the rocker switch.
so now the switch should have 3 plugs in it, the universal ground, and the 2 powers.

Dude if you cant read the diagram that show you exactly what the ground and hots are. I dont know how else to help you. If you will take the time to look at the picture of that link. The one that says rocker switch! You will know for a fact you can use it.

NO..the Jimmey jams rocker switches wont work with a bottle opener...like someone previously stated...you need a 3 position switch.
suggestion: buy a convertible switch and panel and use that as your bottle opener switch....its a stock panel and switch for convertibles so it will look factory but it will work perfectly for the opener.

I read this all wrong. I thought he just wanted to know how to wire it

Not true, the NOS opener uses a simple ON/OFF switch to control the bottle. I'm not sure exactly how it works, but it must use the "control box" to know what position the opener is in.
