Default harlan window switch

how the hell do you tell what it is set at, and how do you reprogram it. the thing looks like some kind of curcit card with switchs.

Did you get the instructions with it? It is pretty simple once you get the hang of it. Basically you set the dip switches to the desired rpm and you hold down the corresponding button until the led starts flashing...then you count the flashes to determine what it is set at

when i bought the car it had it already installed, so i have no idea how it works. i just want it to come on like at 3500, and stop at 6300

The instructions are on his website but I just saw his site is closed because he isnt selling them any more.
