Default nitrous wiring question

This is my first nitrous install and i havn't come across anything that says what ga. wire to run from the remote opener and blanket to the switch. I'm sure someone from here can help, thanks in advance.

I thought that you needed a relay for both. I use 10 guage power and ground for the bottle heater. You can use that for the opener as well, or even go down to a 14 guage for the opener. The heater uses a lot of current so a 10 guage is a good idea. You should be using relays for those. PM me if you want me to draw a wiring diagram for you. I would just need to know what all you are running.

Yes, use relays for safety. You don't want the heavy amp load going through your switches.

The open can use a 14-16 ga quality wire... The relay to control your heater, is 18ga on the coil or low amp side pins 85 and 86 , and 14 ga on the main or high amp side pins 30 and 87...

No relays are needed with the NX bottle open and switch set up.

What kind of amp draw is the bottle opener pulling, must be low for no relay needed? We are talking the mech, or a solinoid type?
