Default how safe

how safe is it to spray a 125 dry shot on a 2000 ta with a NOS 5177 that already makes 384 rwhp on stock pump, and injectors.

Not too good, that would be pushing about 480-490hp on stock injectors, about maxing them out. Get new injectors and pump, or just a pump and a wet kit.

I would not go with the 05177 again. I going to be upgrading it to a wet kit and use my stock injectors. As I sit now my 26.6's are at 90% duty.

You'll need both a fuel pump and injectors.
