I have the 224 112 and spraying a dry shot. Ran a little lean at a 75 shot so I am getting my racetronix fuel pump/injectors to compensate. Sorry don't have any #s. I have been spraying the 50 shot on the street for now & like it, I'll let you know how it goes when I get my new setup going.

We just finished up on 2 224 cam cars. The one car is spraying a 150 shot and he is putting down 583 rwhp 595 rwtq. The other 224 cam car is doing a dual stage set up, 1st stage is dry the other is wet. We just started tuning that car, but he should be in the 650 RWHP range.

what is the cars rwhp all motor? 150dry and you got those monster #'s

this is a cam only car on pump gas that we are talking about, those are some sick #'s for a little 224/224 cam on just 150!

It's a wet shot. The second car is doing the dual stage, one stage dry the other wet.

But back to the first car, he is on the board, maybe he'll chime in?

Cam only (stock heads) on pump gas using a LS1 Timing Tuner. It's actually an old MTI cam grind that came out of my car a few years back.

Sure, a 112 LSA will work equally as well on that size shot. You don't see a lot of gains when using a specific nitrous cam until you start doing some big shots.

Is your tranny built? If not get a window switch, along with a set of NGK TR-6 spark plugs, a fuel pressure safety switch, and a bottle heater since you are going with a wet kit. Let me know if you have any other questions.

Thanks,
Matt

398rwhp and 387rwtq.....no tricks, on 17x11's with 315's, no belts removed, and on a warm humid day....all motor, tuned with my Diablosport Predator....

I don't have any spray numbers, but on the 150 shot, I ran a 127mph in the 1/4 mile on the 315 drags...with a 2.0 60ft and race weight of 3760 lbs....

112 lsa........

What was the ET for that run? The car must be making some power, but did it ever hook after the 60' mark?

The ET was 11.6 at 127 with a 2.0 60ft......as you can see, the mph is 10 second mph, but the 60ft sucked.....it's all about the 60ft at the track.

My car is only a street car, so watch out on the street! But I can easiley lose a race at the track to a slower car, just a better 60ft'er!

Once I was out of 1st, I started hooking alright on the 315 nittos....

What kit would you recommend...A wet or a dry? I am looking into this with a tr224/224 114 cam in this!!! www.ls1miata.net/gallery. I am the red one!!!
I am looking at 50 to start off with and work my way up. Call me crazy!! I am getting it tuned next week first to see what my numbers are and then use the spray for a litttle more fun!!! It most likely weighs in around 2600lbs.

As light as you are, you probably are crazy! If you do go with one I would recommend you go with the TNT kit. It's a good looking kit and one of the hardest hitting ones...

Better invest in slicks!
