Default teach me about cams for spraying......

I want to upgrade my cam soon. I have a 242/242 .610/.610 114 lsa.
I'm installing new heads and a new intake and refreshing the entire engine. Harrop intake and either LS1 265 heads from ET Perf or the LS7 heads.

So what cam would compliment me for a 250 direct port shot, progressively controlled, on the engine in my sig. I was told a 250/252 113 lsa would be good.

What you have should be fine on spray I would stay with the 114 maybe a bit more exhaust duration.
