Default Which Nitrous Kit?

I am considering a new or used dry nitrous kit for my 01 Z28. I know nothing about this stuff and would really like to learn and possibly purchase one later this year. What are your suggestions for complete dry kits? Looking at around 100hp to 150hp shot.

WE offer 3 different dry systems. All of our dry systems are made from NX products. If you plan on jetting ups to a 150 and would like an actual 150 to the ground with less hassle I would look into one of the NX wet systems.

Are there instructions for dummies included with the packages?

I Have a CFN wet Kit and it works great. I had to print the instructions out from there web site, they may include them now with the kit.

You bet. NX systems have a 74 page detailed instruction manual......It should be mandatory for every nitrous system on the market to come with instructions....

We have a dry kit that will work for you. Here is a link to it:

http://www.harrisspeedworks.com/shop...cat=305&page=1

It comes with instructions and a lifetime warranty on all the components. Now, if you are looking to spray more then a 100 shot dry you'll need to upgrade your fuel system (Racetronix pumps are nice) and there is a very good possibility that you will need to upgrade your injectors also (which you'll need a PCM tune for the injectors also). If you are thinking about that size shot you might want to look at a wet kit as it could be less expensive in the long run. Don't get me wrong, the dry kit will be okay, it just depends on how you want to do things. I also suggest a window switch and fuel pressure safety switch with a dry kit, and a bottle heater in addition to those items if you decide to go with a wet kit set up.

Thanks for the input. Maybe I will get lucky and get the free kit. If not I am looking at the latter part of the year, or beginning of this year unless someone has used one at a knock dead price.

I have had very good luck with the NX stuff. That is the brand I would go with. If you decide to go with a wet kit, I am using the MAF kit and love it.
