The problem may be the front cylinders missing out. May be spraying right past them. take a look at the new generation of plates, ie: Nitro Dave, NOS, as they have addressed this issue, and should give some insight.

Well put, and the downside to plastic is that eventually you will have material defects.. Good idea though, I allways respect people that are willing to come up with new ideas.. David@TNT

Interesting and that nozzle damm looks good... ? for U. The plasic spacer is it, lexan that was cut or molded? I noticed that the side are really clean and clear, like molding, and your drilled holes are cloudy, from drilling and or machining..

Nice work.... Its interesting to see new thing. However that is placing a nozzle two close to the two front runners. I have seen distribution problems from doing it this way. Be careful.

I hand cut it out of a pace of lexan. It gives me a good place to put the nozzle, how about two nozzles one high and one low or a spray bar going from side to side?

Thats a nice cut job on the lexan. Its not really a fact of one or two nozzles. Its the fact that a nozzle is desighned to spray two heavy beams of nitrous and fuel outwards. The nozzle directs the spray patter towards the back of the intake. The two front runners are so close that it creates a distribution problem.I have learned this from helping many customers trying to problem solve zapping plugs and pistons on different HP levels. There are a few comapanys on the market that use a similair desigh to what you have done for the LT1 and LS1. It seems that the guys spraying the smaller shots do not see the problem as much until they step up on the size shot.

However you have done a good job. Just letting you know about the potential distribution problems.

Something you may try to minimize any potential problems, is try pointing your nozzle down a bit, instead of 90*. this may help the front clyinders out instead of totally bypassing them. If you look at the new ones, this seems to be the answer as far as I can tell. they spray down from the top and is then pulled into the plenum?
