Default MSD digital is kicking my a$$

OK guys I am convinced I am mildly retarded. what wire EXACTLY needs to be used for RPM's on the digital window switch, right now I am tapped to a white wire from the gray connector on the PCM, the one in the passenger footwell. This doesnt seem to be working, could someone tell me EXACTLY what wire I should be on, very descriptive and pics are appreciated, thanks guys! O it's a 99 C5

Where the hell is that? I looked all around in the footwell last night? What do I have to remove to be able to see those two pcm connectors. Is it up top behind the glove box or to the side behind the kick panel? There are rubber and plastic covers everywhere.

Wanted to inform everyone that the above picture is of the innerfenderwell on a C5, this can be accesed by removing the right front tire and removing the plastic cover. Only took me about 3 nights to figure that out, so no the PCM is not in the passenger footwell.
