I was talking to a tech i know at west coast corvette's and we got in to nitrous convo he told me he's getting alot of guy's spraying 175-200 hp shots on the new C6 LS2's with very little tuning, I am thinking of spraying my gto at a 175 shot in a few week's once a hand held tuner come's out cause the closest place to get a ls2 edit is 300 mile's away, Just wondering any one have any info or using nitrous on a stock ls2 around that power rang

I would strongly recommend against using a handheld tuner with nitrous, especially a shot that size. The lean you out and add timing to make power, both of which are bad with nitrous. People do 175 shots without tuning anything. I don't know if it's a good idea or bad, but it's been done before.

...no no no good sir i was using tuner to take out timing & do a fuel mod but some one told me it can also be done with a timing gun and a few dyno pull's to watch for detonation.......? Another thing is will the car no to keep dumping more fuel in or do i have to do like a air fuel mod to make up for large nitrous shot ?

TNZ06 what kinda info did you get for yourself? whatcha doing with your timing? are you using a 175-200 shot?
