msd digital window switch?
hooked up my switch and got my power, ground and tach signal and to the relay. i tested it and it worked great, it would activate the solinoids at the proper rpm and shut it off at the right rpm also. there is a gray wire that is i did not connect and can't find any where in the manual to connect it to. i wanted to know if anyone knows where it goes?
thanks
Eric

Its a circut that is NC(normally closed) as opposed to NO(normally open). The NO, colored yellow, is the one you most likely used for relay. No it doesnt need to be used.

Hi, will be installing this same switch also. Can you help with a diagram and or explain how you installed it? Did you have to purchase a relay and what connects to it? Also where and how do you get the tach singal? Thanks!

i bought the relay from a autoparts store. i just used female conncetors and crimped them.
Red=power
Black=ground
White=tach signal
Yellow=relay
Gray=n/a
to get your tach signal you have to tap a wire depending on what year your car is. if its a 00 and up you tap into the white wire that comes from pin 10 on the ecm.
you need to set the switch to 4cyl mod due to the ls1 signal. as for a diagram try a search for a msd switch and it should come up with a detailed diagram. thats how i got mine well hope this helps a little.

i think you still hook the yellow to the relay. the noids are going to go to the safety switch and then the safety switch to the relay. i think, couls someone verifiy
