Any one here running one of these? How do you like it? What can you adjust? Is there a place where I can dowload the software and have a look see? ANy input is greatly appreciated.

that controller is the bomb. Go to FJOracing.com and find it on there. They will have a spot you can DL the software and run it through its paces.

I have installed a few no and they work much better than you would ever think. I am a big proponent of controlling the flow of nitrous VS rpm and this will alow for that. Limits the huge TQ spikes in the lower rpm.

considering the amount of control they offer they are very easy. Easier than wiring up a dual stage or something like that. The instructions are very good as well.

here is a pic of my dyno graph spraying a 200 shot with the controller in rpm mode. It starts at 3500 at 0% and ramps to 100% by 6000 rpm. Note the very smooth seperation from the NA line...especially on the TQ line.

AGain...this was starting at 0% and going to 100%. If you wanted to to you could start at 25% or 22% or whatever..and go to 100% and that would have the effect of kicking that Tq (and thus HP) up a little more in the lower rpms. Skys that limit as far as making your motor do what you want it too.

I have this unit on my 99 SS and I love it. The controller is a great add on for any nitrous system.

just as good. A very inexpensive setup for 700 rwhp is:

Walbro intank 255 lph pump
hotwire kit or voltage blaster
42 lb green top injectors
dry shot with one big noid to flow 300+
NX dual stage progressive controller
tuning

I have done this setup several times myself and many many locals have copied this and all have had perfect succes. Tough to get above 710 rwhp though. For that you either need direct port of use the above dry with a wet stage. All of that can be controlled by the dual stage progressive controller if you ever needed that much.

What do you need to buy to use this? To me it looks like you need the FJO box and a driver. What does this all cost?

Im pretty sure for one stage it has a driver built in now. So all you need is the controller at $206. Which is unbelievable since it takes the place of a window switch and TPS already. Thos two items alone ar nearly $150.

th fjo site says has two 40 amp drivers so one stage wet kit or a two stage dry kit i think this controller is a hell of a deal.i was just playing with the software and its so nice and simple.

383lq4ss(al?)-- since you have some exp with this thing, does the 1st gear lockout work with an ls1?? just curious.

Actually, you can run both stages progressively if you wish.

383,
is the curve from 35-6000(0-100%) linear or nonlinear that you programmed

I guess if you wanted it to hit like a turbo you could program in a "lazy" hit
that would probably work real well on the street.

The graph was just a test of 0-100% of a 200 shot from 3200 (0%) to 6600 (100%) and then off at 7400. So it was a linear line. I did begin to mess with the true curve options and they work great as well. Unfortunately i wont have time to do any more testing for a few weeks.
