As the tiltle says.:example what jet to be jet at a 100-125rwhp shot on a single dry nozzle Dyno Tune kit

I just add 15%. Say you have a .047 for a 100chp, add 15% (.007) and now you have a .054 for 100rwhp. But use there jet size, as this is at there pressure rating. The only way to get right on the mark is jetting on a dyno, but this is real close.
