Default Nxrickey I Need Help Again !!!!!

Ok i posted the other day for you to help me install my NX switch panel. Well i got the panel installed and when i push the bottle heater button on (DOWN) the light comes on,but the bottle heater will not get hot.So tested it out by hooking it up straight to the battery and it gets hot so it works what could be my problem?

Do you hear the relay clicking when you turn the heater on? Also, when you wired it up did you go by our normal instructions are did Ricky draw you a diagram? I'm just asking because sometimes his diagrams differ from our instructions so I'm just trying to get an idea for the schematic that you used.

Ok test the wire going to the heater and see if its hot, if so then test the small red wire going to the relay, it should be hot. If not the transducer is not working properly..
If the wire is hot at the relay test the ground and make sure it is grounded... if its a good ground the relay could be bad..

Also test the hot going to the heater and the ground wire....

Basicly trace all wires until you find the one that is causing the problems...

This is how the heater part should be wired. Its always a good idea to use a relay for high amperage needs. Im unsure on how the nx switch panel is but for most swithces with an LED its usually will have 3 connections: 1-12v+ supply, #2-load(or somehin' to that effect) and #3-ground.
#1-wire comes from ignition
#2-wire goes to 85(or 86) on relay
#3-wire goes to ground

I need your parts list for your heater set up, switch transducer, heater element etc.
