Does a blower cam make for a good nitrous cam?
Ok.....starting to assemble parts for a new forged motor. I'll be having A&A Corvette do the forged short block for me and probably go with AFR 205's for heads.
What I want to do is have about 425 rwhp on the motor and then hit it with a 100 shot for about 525 rwhp on the juice.
However, that is the short term plan. The long term plan (after about 2 years when my budget recovers from this) is to then Supercharge the car and look for 600rwhp.
What I would really like is to not have to get back into the motor. So I'm wondering what my cam selection options will be. Obviously I'll consult with A&A.....but I know they're not big on nitrous so I'm looking for input here as well regarding cam selection......
So to boil it down.....I'm looking for a cam that will make 425rwhp with AFR heads NA........525rwhp on a 100 shot......and 600rhwp on about 10-12 psi of boost. Is this even possible? Does such an animal exist?
