Default Nitrous on a 100k motor

hey guys im new hear.i have a 98 trans am.cam,gears,heads,etc..dynoed 429rwhp,432.rwtq...if i add a tnt 100 shot or cold fusion kit wut do i risk throwing a rod and having to rebuild.

cool ive been looking on here and it seems that u can spray for days on these motors...hopefully it doesnt blow up yet...only gonna go with a 100 shot
