What we have been using is a 90mm LS2 ring and cutting the lip to accept aftermarket tbs but it has a true 90mm inlet for flow... We based the 90mm ring off the LS2 tb for prod consistancy.. I got tired of waiting for the 90mm ring (no one had one at the time). I machined the inside out to I think 88mm, with a slight chamfer. Then on my LS2 throttle body filed the lip flat, to fit the rings i.d. Works great, as far as I can tell anyway.
