im running TR55 iridiums and im shooting a 100 wet, i ran about 3 bottles thus far and i pulled the plugs today to give them a look over. the tip is white/grey and the base of the plug is solid black. what does this mean.

I was just pulling them to see if the tip was still there (plus im bored)
