Default Nitrous Heater News!!!

Harris Speed Works is happy to introduce a ground breaking product to the nitrous oxide community! Gone are the days of “hot-spots”, “cold-spots”, and dead space in the bottle heating process. The HSW Revolution provides even heating across the entire circumference of the bottle. Comprised of a patented heating fabric, Nomex insulation and Aramid fiber the HSW Revolution is 20% quicker than any 300 Watt heater currently on the market (the Revolution is 280 Watts). The HSW Revolution will also retain heat for longer periods of time with the added benefits of the Nomex insulation. This means less battery drainage and a heating element that is warm to the touch (not hot). The single overlapping Velcro allows quick installation and removal of the heating element and full surface heating! So say goodbye to the heating systems of old and welcome to the Revolution.

Each kit contains the following items:

Revolution Bottle Heating Element
Fully Adjustable Pressure Switch
4AN or 6AN Swivel Adapter
Illuminated Toggle Switch
Relay with Harness
In-Line Fuse
WeatherPack Electrical Connections
Weather Tight Electrical Connections
Full Color Installation Manual
And enough wire to finish your project!

$149.99
($99.99 for the Revolution Bottle Heater Element by itself)

Looks good Matt. When you said, "The HSW Revolution provides even heating across the entire circumference of the bottle", I was picturing a skin tight bottle jacket for some reason, lol but seriously... the data looks impressive.

i like the fact there's just one velcro strip going down the length of the heater and no straps. that damn convenient - oh yeah and the results are nice too

Thanks Jeremy! Without giving too much info away, we're still in the development stages of something that heats the entire bottle . Hopefully we'll be able to release some data on that in the next few months.

Something I forgot to mention before, custom sizes and colors are available. We choose to go with the standard size on this one so they would fit most of the bottle bracket configurations out there.

Very sweet heater. I have wondered why no one had done this. Kudos for HSW. Looks like this performs over a 300 watter, the way a 300watter performs over a 240 watter. Can you give the wattage, or is it still 300 watts and just more surface area.

Matt I got the Dynotune heater a few weeks ago.
But nice move displaying it on the Bottle Holder, I will be ordering that bottle holder in a couple weeks when I get off my ship; I added HSW to my Nitrous Shops favorites (an exclusive list of four now...).

Matt, nice heater! Just for refrence....Are your performance figures comparing your new black heater to your old orange heater?
