Default Why is my nitrous gauge still lit up?

I was wiring my nitrous gauge up earlier and I swear the light turned on ONLY when the headlights were on, i accidentally blew a fuse, replaced the fuse, and now it's on ALL THE TIME

What did I do wrong?

Did ya roll past the "Bright" stop on the dimmer? Roll back on it (Dim it), if it clicked as you rolled it back you had it selected to be on all the time.

Yeah I did check that cause I remember thinking to myself I'm gonna kill myself if it is on.

Any other ideas? I literally only have the positive and negative wires connecting to an orange and black wire.

I dunno about Camaros, but I'd assume it's the same as Firebirds... and I connected my gauge bulbs to black (ground) and gray (positive).

Did you pos blow your light switch? Is your headlights on too? Are you sure you did not connect it to a consistent live wire.

I think I may have connected to the wrong wires. For some reason I thought orange was always positive so tomorrow i'll try connecting it to gray and see if that helps or maybe connecting it to the dimmer instead of the headlight switch. Maybe the headlight switch has consistent live wire.
