Wet shot or dry shot? If it's wet sounds like you might just be getting fuel instead of N20 & Fuel. Check that the N2O solenoid is operating correctly and the there is nitrous left in the bottle.

I'd agree with Matt, if its wet the Nitrous side has an issue, either you didnt open the bottle valve, theres an obstruction in the line/screen/filter, nitrous noid aint working, or you have waaaay to large fuel jet & tooooo small a nitrous jet = any of that making it rich as ****. Or if its Dry, which I doubt, you froze the filter.MAF.
