Does anyone sell a bottle valve opener that works on the NOS bottles with the Hi Flo "black wheel" valve?

Part number 14168NOS will work fine on that bottle.

IIRC 860 Performance, available through Nitrous Daves Outlet, has a very nice billet bottle opener as well.
