Default ZEX or NX

I just wanted opinions on which system I should get. Im lookin at the NX kit that has the MAF sensor plate or the new ZEX kit with the all in ond module. Also how much spray can I get away on a stock (for now) motor. Any help would be awesome.
Thanks
Jeremy

Out of the two I would Go NX, however, don't leave out the other guys such as DynoTune or HSW and their kits.

I recommend you decide on the goals for the nitrous setup you want, select dry or wet, then talk to each of the site vendors about what you want, and listen to their feedback and what they have to offer. Check out their sites before you call them, you might pick up a few ideas.

DynoTune
HSW
Nitrous Direct--->NX
Nitrous Outlet---> NX and Zex, carries both of the Brands your looking at.

Each of the above can set you up with a kit that suits your needs.
All of them are site vendors and can be found to the right--------->>>>>>

I've never had problems w/ my zex kit (knock on wood), it does what is advertised. but I think NX kits hits a little harder.(I think NX rates @ the rear wheels and Zex rates @the crank)

I would go with the MAF kit. This was my favorite wet kit, even before we offered NX products. Let me know if I can help in your choice somehow.

Default I've had both

I bought the Zex from a local yocal on the advice of a 11 sec Civic driver. I got ahold of Dave @ Nitrous Outlet, sold the Zex for what I had in it plus installed it. Bought the NX MAF kit. There is no comparison bewteen the two. I run a 200 single stage currently through a MAF and love it a lot. Dave will help you.

Zex DP may be rated at the rear wheels, but a simple wet kit is rated at the fly wheel. BIG DIFFERENCE in power level added bewteen a say Zex LS1 wet kit and an NX MAF...big difference. Be careful what you read here!!

Why does it matter what you rate it at? Is one kit using the same amount of nitrous and making alot more power? I'm doubting that. It's just jetted and rated differently.

WE carry both the Zex and NX. THe Zex kit is a good begginer system with the easest installation possible. However I prefer the NX system due to ability to grow with in the future and better quality solenoids. The maff system is a sweet system. Also check out our plate system. At this time it is a NX system with our plate. So you still get our great plate with the NX lighting solenoids at a cheaper price than the maff system.

NX is a far better quality product than ZEX in my opinion... have you seen the pics of what's HIDING in that zex noid box?

We can help get you setup with an awesome NX kit at the best prices if that's what you decide you'd like to go with. Give us a shout

Check this: It says 125 shot and you get 90 additional RWHP on the dyno, do you call it a 90 or 125 shot? Zex calls it 125.

NX says 125 and yields 126 additional RWHP...

I've used them both...by the numbers my old 82026 was jetted for 175 by Zex's numbers...for a 125 RWHP gain...you do the math and spend the $$ as you please!!

Ratings mean nothing. Weigh the bottle. Then see who wins. A/F, timing, and bottle pressure the same they are going to be close.
