Default DynoTune Gauges Kick ***!!!

Just finished installing some DynoTune gauges, and these things are sweet. I am so glad I ordered these over the overpriced autometer gauges. They are highly visible, look great and damn accurate.

Bluewire how did you fasten the intrument pillar to the stock Pillar?
Mine seems to be ok just being pressure fit over it.

You guys should include these pics in the vette pic thread. Ok, I was one who bought the over priced Autometer gauges, but am too ashamed to post pics now.

Beer, I used the supplied plastic rivets that came with the pillar used 4 of them. Drilled 3/16 hole and pushed em in. So far it seems to be holding good, but will see how it does when the car is out in the sun all day?

Thanks Bluewire how do they look? Where did ya put the rivots? I am thinking maybe one in the top and one down low on the windshield side. Really don't wanna drill the factory one out

Robert I will put better pics and vid on the vette thread hopefully this time home, all the pics are in the garage with poor lighting (rained the entire time home last hitch), I hope to get some well lit outside shots. The local 1/8 mile track has a Show shine Drag to this time home, not sure if I am gonna show it or drag it...usually the rules are LAX at the show shine Drag because the insurance is on a local Car Parts sponsor, so I may be able to do some blast without getting tossed the first time I break 8.49 in the vert (1/8 mile).

I love the Blue lighting too, that what my gauges are. I made a kill switch for the them so the wife would not have to look at them and wonder what the hell they were telling her LOL.

Beer, I put two rivots at the top one on each side. I put one rivot close to the edge under the windshield. One at the bottom of the pillar that is covered when door is closed. And the last one is hidden where the pillar meets the dash on the side. If your not looking for them you won't see them.

That depends which gauge you believe, the one on the bottle or the digitial one they are within 20 psi of each other. I am prone to go with the digital.

Here's the link
DynoTune

I put my pressure sensor on the main-line so I can ensure that the line is empty when it is not in use.

lets work out a deal you send me a nitrous pressure and afr gauge and ill send your my install pics i honestly have no clue yet as to where im mounting gauges... dont want to be too obvious with an A pillar pod and im really not looking forward to molding and repainting my center console... how shallow are the gauges i could grab another sun visor and mount gauges in it all custom like and fold it up and out of the way when not in use

Anyone have installed pics of the dynotune square gauges? Does the cord stick out of the side of the gauge, or does it just look that way in the site pics?

I'd love to get the big cups and gauges off my cowl panel, but I don't want to clutter the inside of the car to much. I'm thinking that a couple of these square guages may do the trick...

I have installed the small LED N2O Pressure gauge. The cord does stick out the side but it is not that big of a problem. I have my gauge Velcro on the roof by my rear view mirror and tuck the cord behind it. It rocks and is very accurate !!!!!
