Which Progressive controller do you guys like?
Looking at a digital window swich or progressive controlers the FJO or NOS:
The digital dual window switch is a window switch, tps and any gear lock out. Its digital and uses push buttons. $129
http://www.nitrousoutlet.com/catalog...product_id=964
The FJO is just like above but has a progressive unit that can be RPM ramped or time based. It requires a Labtop to program. $206
http://www.nitrousoutlet.com/catalog...product_id=952
The NOS is just like the progressive above but does not have a RPM ramp and uses a hand held controller to program. $223
http://www.nitrousoutlet.com/catalog...roduct_id=1539
So which one do you guys recommend? (2006 C6 A6)
TIA

yeah the c6's has auto 6 speeds
on the queston of the 1st post
i plan on geting the fjo. i also have access to a lap top and i like the idea after i set it up a switch couldent get bumped some how an fubar any thing
also some people have probles spinning when the n2o hits in 2nd and if they try in 1st same thing happens.
with the fjo the progressive you could spray 10% of the shot in 1st and work your way up to the full shot.
same in 2nd

I went with the NOS controler for the simple fact that I can change any setting any time by pushing two buttons, no need for a laptop. Do you really want to have to plug into a laptop to make a simple change when your at the track?

I went with the FJO unit mini-progressive. I have it wired up so I can have two settings with a flip of a switch. I added up the cost of an NX wot and then adding in something for a window switch and it seems that once you get them both that it isn't much more $$ for getting something that lets you do 2 stages, progressive (if you want) and has first gear lockout. I think it is about $50 more to get the unit that is around $205.

The settings are saved in the file called "2StageSX.ini" which is located in the “C:\Program Files\FJO Racing\2Stage Mini-Controller” directory. When you finish creating a profile, exit the program and this file will contain all the info – so by copying this file you can save it. Now you can create another profile without losing the saved one.
To open the saved profile you must copy your saved profile file into “2StageSX.ini" before running the program. Be sure the current profile you were using is saved because it will be lost when you do this.

All three of those are good choices. They all have there different perks. So it really depends on your needs.
The maximizer is the bad daddy of them all. However on a average street car it has alot of features you may not need. I do like the fact that it works directly with FJOs wide band controller.
Now if the Maximizers extra features are not needed I like the 206 dollar controller due to the RPM ramp as well as the time base.
If using a lab top to adjust the two above is a problem you have the NOS controller. Just as good as the above however it does not have the RPM ramp that the street guys like. It does use a hand held controller to adjust the set up.
Now the good thing is this. We actually stock all of these units. The 206 dollar unit out sells all the other units we carry. WE sell on a average of 15 to 20 units a month. WE do run out time to time waiting for our next stocking order to come in.
