100shot and longtubes? Would it be ok if i got a tune for headers and nitrous at the same time? or would I have to tune my motor for longtubes first and then tune for nitrous with the longtubes?

I dont see why not. I put my cam in and did my 125 wet shot at the same time. When he was done he tuned it with the NOS. I think it makes more sense that way. Plus you wont have to pay twice.
