Man there is no telling. Not to mention tuning a 350hp shot off of the AFR is just asking to hurt parts.

What are we trying to figure out here?

well, i'm using an A/F meter for security and just want to know the recommended AFR in this tuning with 350 shot fogger using a progressive beggining 10% nos injected after 9 seconds it is going 100%.

The way you are talking sounds like you pretty new to nitrous so why not to try and play around with a 100 shot first and ask some questions along the way from some of the more knowledgeable guys here and then up the shot accordingly as you learn.

Every car is different so there is no magic number that the AFR should be for a given shot. You need to read your plugs and do your tuning accordingly and not just try to shoot for an AFR number.

By the way if you are starting out at 10% and bringing it in full at 9 seconds then that's just a waste of nitrous. Second, how slow is this car? A car that is going to get a 350 shot thrown at it should be down the quarter before 9 seconds is up.

i think he meant to say his motor makes 550 horsepower and he wants to spray a 350 shot on top of it. And to graham's question im guessing the car is blue, so does that mean 8:1 ratio? i know for sure black cars need 11:1....

Prosecutor: Ms. Vito, can you tell me… what would the correct ignition timing be for a 1955 Chev Bel Air, with a 327 cubic inch engine and a four barrel carburator?
Lisa: That’s a bullshit question!
Mr. Trotter: Is that because you can’t answer it?
Lisa: It’s a bullshit question — nobody could answer it!
Mr. Trotter: That’s because you don’t know the answer. Your honor, I move to disqualify Ms. Vito as an *expert* witness!
Judge: Can you answer the question?
Lisa: No! It is a trick question!
Judge: *Why* is it a trick question?
Vinny: (elbows William Gambini) Watch this!
Lisa: Because Chevy didn’t make a 327 in 1955. The 327 didn’t come out until ’62; and it wasn’t available in the Bel Air with a four-barrel carburator ’til ’64. However, in 1964, the correct ignition timing would be 4 degrees before top dead center.
