What happens when solenoids go bad/weak????

Exclamation What happens when solenoids go bad/weak????

When solenoids go bad do you just buy a new ones??? Is there any kind of way to take them apart and clean them or rebuild it??? Just want to know for future purposes.

all the n20 pressure can lead up to them not sealing good thats why u always turn off ur bottle then purge it out

Shut the hell up!! Nah i got it working but i just want know what i have to do if one goes bad or what not. Have u got your 2 stage hooked up?? I thought about putting a 50-75 dry on the first stage then a 150 wet after that.

You buy a new seloniod. Saves u the hassle of buying the rebuild kit, then trying to put it back together properly.

What if you don't have a purge? Should you do another run with the bottle closed to use up the small amount of nitrous left in the lines or should you just disconnect the main feed line and let it leak out?

a weak/bad solenoid leaks a little and/or gets stuck when the bottle pressure increases.
just replace them, then find a cooler spot to mount them as i've found its the heat that kills them. just my $0.02.

I had a NX noid go bad and was under warranty and NX replaced it. Just send in and they will fix it or send you a replacement. Cant hurt to give the vendor a call.
