Default Number of nitrous solenoids, more then one?

I am putting together a DIY dry kit for my 02 ws6 and noticed a lot of dry kits out there use two nitrous solenoids that are inline.

Is this in case one gets stuck open failing? What are the chances of this happening...(ie..has it happened to you and what happened)and if you are just running a 75hp dry shot before the maf(like a .038 fitting) what would you do if it did stick open, just keep on the throttle till the juice ran out lol?

Two solenoids inline seems like a safer bet, but if it is unecessary let me know so I don't blow another 90$ on a solenoid later today...

The older NOS 5177 kit used 2 solenoids..but I haven't seen any recently that had 2?

I only use one...

Chances are slim with good solenoids and proper maintenance, but yes, that's why they use two noids on the nitrous side in some kits.

If you got it stuck spraying, cutting spark would seem to be the best option.

Off the throttle, kill the motor-
My dual noid became a 2 stage...

Most dry systems I've seen with 2 solenoids have 1 for nitrous and the other for purge. Some folks might run a 2 stage. Running 2 noids inline is more important with a wet system, because if one sticks open when your fuel noid shuts off, you immediately go lean.
