Default HSW Vic Jr. Direct Port

I thought i would share a few pictures of my intake we just wrapped up. Its a two stage setup with a wet plate pulling fuel from a methanol fuel cell and a dry direct port.

higher resolution pictures can be found here.

about the same octane level as C116, quicker burn speed across the piston and a higher latent heat of vaporization which means you can run a bunch of timing because the meth burns quicker and will help pull the heat out of the combustion chamber, higher thermal energy then gasoline which yields more power.

Thanks for the compliments guys; we put a crap load of time into this intake so it is certainly appreciated. Unlike other companies out there who claim to do intakes like this, we actually do them entirely in house, no outsourcing the plumbing, welding or anything. We take a lot of pride in all the work we do, both in function and appearance.

intakeelbows.com....if you go with the gmpp intake instead of the vic you could probably clear the cowl if you dont want to cut that. that combo should probably clear the SS hood as well.

I have not run my car yet, we will have dyno results shortly. Keep an eye out, we will most likely be releasing a meth standalone kit in the near future. The real advantages are for higher horsepower cars. the price may not be practical for a street car

What sort of added cost is associated with alcohol compatable solenoids?

I figured there was a new motor going together for this. Seemed a little over kill for the stock bottom end, heads & cam motor. The intake looks awesome though, great job.
