where is the best place to mount nozzle

where is the best place to mount nozzle i got a wet kit but i dont think its hitting hard enough i got my nozzle right before the intake after the mass air but someone told me to bring back the nozzle to right after the mass air.... i know a dry kit you mount in the lid before mass air! but they said to put nozzle right after the mass air flow is this right??
