only opened it and used the charger for a little bit. comes with charger, headphones, box, absolutely everything even has the plastic still wrapped around it except for the bottom where i cut down the side to pull the top of the box off. needs to be activated through i tunes and since it isnt activated it can be used with any provider. asking $400 obo and i cant stress the obo enough. send me a pm or call me at 214-683 1509. if you need pics give me your email and i will send them. ive seen these on craigslist going for $425 and up so again im flexible on price. thanks
