All of these drives are used and were removed from a friend's media center. I purchased them in bulk from him. All have been tested to work and have no SMART errors either. All of them have a remainder of manufacturer's warranty and I will guarantee them to be none dead on arrival but after that you will need to fall back on the manufacturer's warranty if issues arise.
