For some reason this is the only model that I can't find a review for on cnet. This is its small brother. It's probably the same just less powerful. cnet review
Notable features are independed crossovers. I don't know how many brands have it now, but when I was buying it was the only one with this feature. It can control 2 rooms.
It got replaced by a AVR630 right after I got it. Same thing just silver. Now that's been replaced by a AVR645. I still have the original manual in mint condition. Had the receiver for 3 years and still on original batteries. Haven't used it much. It was refurbished by the factory when I got it. A couple very very minor scratches on the face that you can only see in sunlight sitting within 2 feet. Other then that works perfectly.
